八宝粥的分类

  八宝粥是我们生活中常见的食物,因其软糯香甜备受大众的喜爱,很多不同的八宝粥种类也纷纷涌现,味道和功效都有一定的区别。根据其材料不同,一共大概可以分为以下几大类:

八宝粥加盟,谷润嘉八宝粥
  一、腊八粥。腊八粥的传统做法是先将大麦米、白芸豆、赤豆、绿豆等捡好洗净, 煮成半熟,然后放进稻米、小米、黄米,再用文火熬,是粥稀稠适中,吃时加糖,并拌以预先煮熟的红枣、栗子等。一般有花生、枣、杏仁、核桃、栗子、莲子、百合、桂元肉、葡萄干以及各种各样的米和豆子等组成。既有强身健体的作用,又有抗癌防癌的作用,还有抗衰老的作用。
  1. Laba porridge.   二、回民八宝粥。用江米、红小豆、花生米、栗子肉、莲子、红枣、桂圆肉、金糕各50克熬制而成,加入白糖适量。

  六、健脾胃八宝粥。芡实、薏仁米、白扁豆、莲肉、山药、红枣、桂圆、百合各6克、粳米150克。此粥具有健脾胃,补气益肾,养血安神。适用于失眠以及体虚乏力虚肿、泄泻、口渴、咳嗽少痰等。

  七、防癌八宝粥。大豆100克,玉米100克,银耳50克,大枣9枚,香菇9个,莲子50克,枸杞子30克,以及蜂蜜适量。此粥既有强身健体的作用,又有抗癌防癌的作用,病人易于坚持。
